Manually Entering Your Zip/Postal Code
If you received an error message, stating “Oops, something went wrong. Please try again.” Please confirm you are entering a valid zip/postal code and try again.
Enable Location Services
You may also choose to enable your location services on your device. See Turn Location Services and GPS on or off on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch or Turn location on or off for your Android device.
If you have location services turned on and the app still cannot locate you, please try the following:
- Make sure the app is updated to the latest version.
- Exit and reopen the app.
- Tap the ‘Detect my location instead’ button again.
If this doesn’t work, please try this:
- Go to your location settings and for the Flipp app, change the permissions to “while using the app” or “always on”.
