How to Request a Store/Retailer

If you’re having trouble finding a specific store on Flipp try using the search bar to see if the store is available in the app. If not, try using a different zip/postal code in Flipp that’s closer to the store location. If you still cannot find the store you’re looking for, please feel free to send us a store request through the app by following these steps:

On Android

  1. Go to the Browse tab in the Flipp app.
  2. Select the gear icon.
  3. Select Request a Store.
  4. Under “Email Address” enter your email address.
  5. Under “Message” simply type in the store that you are requesting.
  6. Select Send and we’ll receive your store request!

On iOS

  1. Go to Browse tab in the Flipp app.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select Request a Store.
  3. Under “Email”, enter your email address.
  4. Under “Store Name” simply type in the store that you are requesting and tap on the name.
  5. Select Send and we’ll receive your store request!


Note: Submitting a store request does not automatically add the store to the Flipp app.
