The Flipp Customer Experience team is always happy to help you, but in order for us to do so effectively, we will need to know what version of the Flipp App you are using. Not sure how to do that? No problem — we’ve got you covered!
On Android
- Go into the settings on your Android Device and select “Apps”.
- Select “Flipp” from your list of apps.
- Scroll to the very bottom of the app details page and the app version will be listed. Let us know what version of Flipp you have (ex: 9.36.1) and we can start to help you!
On iOS
- In the Flipp App, click on the Settings icon on the top right corner
- Under the section labelled “About”, the first thing listed will be “Version”.
- Let us know what version is listed (ex: 9.36.1) and we can start to help you!
