If you would like to request the deletion of your reebee account, please send an email to reebee.contact@flipp.com for further assistance.
If you would like to proceed with deleting your Flipp account, please follow these steps below:
On Android:
- Select the More Options button (gear icon).
- Choose Settings.
- Under the My Account section select “Delete My Account”.
- Select Continue, then confirm the request by selecting Delete.


On iOS:
- Select the Settings button (gear icon).
- Scroll down to the My Data section and select “Delete My Account”.
- Select Continue, then confirm the request by selecting Delete.


You can also request a Flipp account deletion by filling out the contact form here or sending an email to flippsupport@flipp.com.
Please make sure to do the following in order for us to properly delete your account from our system:
- Logout of your Flipp account on the mobile app (from the home screen, go to Settings, and select “Log Out” or “Sign Out” under My Account) and log out of on www.flipp.com on your desktop browser (if you are currently logged in).
- Verify your request by responding to our email response within 5 business days. If you do not reply back, the account deletion request will be canceled for security reasons.

After your account is deleted, you will no longer receive any form of communication from Flipp.

If you are a California resident, you can enter your account details here and select “Delete my data”.
