If you're having trouble finding a specific store on Flipp try using the search bar to see if the store is available in the app. If not, try using a different zip/postal code in Flipp that’s closer to the store location. If you still cannot find the store you’re looking for, please feel free to send us a store request through the app by following these steps:
On Android
- Go to the Browse tab in the Flipp app.
- Select the gear icon.
- Select Request a Store.
- Under "Email Address" enter your email address.
- Under "Message" simply type in the store that you are requesting.
- Select Send and we’ll receive your store request!
On iOS
- Go to Browse tab in the Flipp app.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select Request a Store.
- Under "Email", enter your email address.
- Under "Store Name" simply type in the store that you are requesting and tap on the name.
- Select Send and we’ll receive your store request!
Note: Submitting a store request does not automatically add the store to the Flipp app.
