We're working on creating a great experience for our available rebate coupons, which is also fair and equitable for all parties including consumers, retailers, and manufacturers.
As part of this, we have a few common restrictions in regards to redeeming rebate coupons:
There are some rules around combining special offer and other coupons with coupons offered on Flipp:
- Flipp coupons cannot be used together with other retailer/store or manufacturer coupons.
- Only 1 coupon can be used per item purchased (ie. you cannot stack multiple coupons towards a single item).
- Only 1 coupon can be used per person.
You can only redeem a Flipp coupon once during it's valid redemption dates - which are displayed in the coupon details within the Flipp app. It is possible that a rebate coupon for the same product may return again to the Flipp app, and in this case you will be able to use it again.
At the moment you cannot redeem rebate coupons for online purchases of items, even if you purchase them through the retailer's online store. Currently, we can only accept receipts from in store purchases.
At the moment we do not support or approve digital or email receipts, or receipts from online orders. We are working on accepting them in the future, but for now you must take a photo of your physical receipt and upload it through Redeeming your Rebate Coupon.
Yes! As long as you each have your own Flipp accounts, then you can each redeem the same coupon separately.
