My receipt was declined because it was submitted under the incorrect retailer. How do I resubmit my receipt?

Accidentally submitted your receipt under the incorrect retailer? Not a problem. You can easily submit it again. Simply follow these steps in order to resubmit:

  1. Re-clip the rebate coupon for the actual retailer that you purchased from (see How do I clip a rebate coupon).
  2. Redeem your rebate again (see How do I redeem my rebate coupons).
  3. We will re-evaluate the submitted receipt and update your account in the app within 3 days.
