How do I verify (scan) my purchase?

When you are Redeeming Rebate Coupons, one of the steps is to verify your item by scanning it’s barcode. Once you reach the step #4, you will be prompted to verify your item by scanning it with your phone’s camera. 


IMPORTANT: Please make sure that the barcode is in clear view of the space provided and with your camera. Also, please make sure you have check ed the rebate coupon details to be sure that you are scanning a valid product. 



If you are continuing to have issues after attempting to scan the product multiple times, please email us at flippsupport@flipp.com immediately with a photo of the product barcode, a screenshot or description of the product rebate offer you are trying to redeem and the type of device that you are using - we will make sure to get this issue resolved for you shortly.
