My print coupons aren't downloading

Here are the steps to follow when downloading a print coupon:


On flipp.com or in the email you received from the Flipp app, clicking the Print Coupons button should direct you a website starting with share.flipp.com, which shows your clipped coupons.

If you already have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, click Print Coupons -- the button in step 2 -- and you'll be redirected to SmartSource's website (our coupon partner). If you don't already have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, first click Download Acrobat in step 1, then proceed to step 2. 

After a short wait, you should see the message “Your coupons are ready. Open the Adobe document to print coupons and click 'YES' to print your coupons.” and a file should automatically download from your browser. 

Please check that the automatic download has not been blocked by your browser, and look for a file beginning with “SmartSource_Coupon…” in your download location.
