My coupons aren't downloading

 Clicking the “Print Coupons” button should redirect you to a SmartSource website. After a short wait, you should see the message “Your coupons are ready. Open the Adobe document to print coupons.” and a file should be automatically downloaded. Please check that the automatic download has not been blocked by your browser, and that a file beginning with “SmartSource_Coupon…” does not appear in your download location.


If this is not what is happening when you are redirected to the SmartSource website, please provide more details as to what you experiencing on the SmartSource website including a screenshot and email flippsupport@flipp.com
